How To Motivate Children To Study Tips for the parents.

Today we are going to discuss about issues related to studies of a child How to motivate children to study well as most of the parents are concerned about this problem what is the reason behind lack of motivation of a child toward studies.

What are the basic mistakes of parents or teacher that makes child away from studies and then we believe that the child is weak or slow learner first of all those who think that child does not take interest in studies , based on my experience as i commonly face such issues.

Actually the school Bag he has full of books even heavier than his own body weight he is not learning as much as you want parents or teachers are not concerned whether he is getting or not you are concerned about he is not learning as much as you want or you are calculating his success according the the marks/grades and you want him to study all the time only to get your own satisfaction that he is learning this is absolutely senseless and a foolish thought.

We need to teach a child according to his level of mind some children learn early and easily and some take times some children takes interest in subject that they like most And the whole world is agree on it that if a child likes his teacher he will definitely like his subject now if you do not have choice to change that teacher.

 Now you will have to teach that subject yourself or you need to arrange a tutor whom your child like it does not matter whether a child takes interest in subject or not , important thing is he must take interest in tutor first. means if parents are teaching at home so he must like his parents as tutor absolutely.

And if you are teaching by force with physical punishment so for sure he will take interest neither in you nor in studies actually this is our unrealistic demands that we want to teach him more than his capacity .

We want to make him a grade machine and we think this way of getting grades is called learning while actually this is not learning in order to create interest you can teach him stories Quran e Pak is a story book 25 stories of Messengers i can relate more than 100 stories with Quran that can be beneficial for a child when ever I read Surah Yousuf I always find a different story in it. 

Every time i find new aspect in it So Quran is a story book, no book is more revolutionary than Quran The topic of Quran is Human , and its a manual of human being and what is in this Manual ? 

Stories.... so your way of teaching must be like this you need to support your lecture with stories and this is how child will take interest in your way of teaching. on the other hand our conventional way of teaching is not fruitful this way will not make a child productive trust me this way destroy his entire personality heir ability and skills also destroyed alright .

What about those parents who through physical punishment force child to learn and the child brings good great as well , but what is the psychological repercussion of this punishment that child face in future trust me by this way.

We shatter his self confidence, self esteem, trust on people, his interpersonal skills etc see, people does not live on the basis of intelligence only a child needs emotional intelligence, social skills and interpersonal skills all these skills got shattered by your way of physical punishment.

I am saying do not scold a child, i am saying learn to scold in a proper way, proper time, proper scenario but if you believe on physical abuse then you are making a big mistake we should not train our children through physical abuse no matter what.
