Trip cancellation insurance big mistake because many people have different questions . I will actually you all those questions step-by-step  kolaks traveling is very exciting and enjoyable things which also comes a little bit of risk and for that reason travel insurance is involved i am not advise you to take the insurance for short distance travel like city to city within a country if you going to travel long days were long tour trip cancellation insurance policies is considerable because its cover cancellation due to bad weather sudden illness death and emergencies incident at home or abroad and save you from unfortunate incident now.

Trip cancellation insurance mistakes must avoid when buying

I am going to tell you the top 4 mistakes which most of the people make and after knowing those entire mistakes you will learn and it will help in future if you take any travel guard trip cancellation insurance policy.

Number One:-

One some people make mistakes that they do not get medical record little proof that they visited the doctor before canceling the trip on medical reason attacked her luggages to celebrate her long weekend vacation at the left the day before departure she fell feet which is a bad case of the viral flu she decides not to go for vacation and stay at home after a few days younger submit the trip cancellation insurance claims for medical reasons they claim rejected by the insurance company it is a big mistake that franc a did not go to a doctor to get medical report as proof that he is unable to travel before travel insurance cancellation the travel insurance company will consider for compensate when a doctor must examine you or your traveling companion and founder you are truly suffer a serious illness or injury that makes you unable to make the trip and such dr. advice or cancel the trip before the decision to cancel is made so that means yourself cannot decide that you are Lord cannot travel and expect the guests cover without evidence.

Number Two:-

Second policyholder submit documents for your trip cancellation expenses and causes Suzanne plane for vacation to Los Angeles for three weeks a few days before her departure Suzanne disappointed to hear that the travel operator has gone out of business he submits an insurance claim with the original invoice from the Cure conductor but the insurance company not agreed to compensate for such trip cancellation you may be asked why this is happening because the insurance company me thoroughly all document that includes your trip cost offer reason for cancellation repeat or invoice invited.

My original of any refund for expenses allowance received from travel be like common carrier and hotel they also need copy of vacation contract or confirmation of hotels all valid documents that can officially described the reason of the trip cancellation or interruptions also original unused flight or train tickets proof of payment and a wedding from the tour conductor or build some of any non refundable amount about trip expensive i advise you that range or send them everything you can find that relates to your trip calculation which may be found a big things don't panic contractor insurance company early as possible mixed number three.

Number Three:-

Third mistake we should avoid purchasing travel insurance when a big storm at weather sunny and drivers have been missing for their xmas step 2i for a few days before they aren't excited to be  for what the weather report for training toward the ice Robert purchase travel insurance cancellations their flights are being penciled and as a result they canceling their tour reason of the storm but after filing insurance claim their claim is denied by insurance company actually some travelers sometime confused and they do not know the exact time of trip cancellation or interruption of policy goes into effect travel insurance trip cancellation for any reason is meant to protect against disaster and unfortunate event it's not that I certainty are already in the fight the insurance is so first make sure the cancellation insurance which is only available for any portion next number for some people have very location they give up their trip teaspoon ribbon has a scheduled flight to last maggots on summer vacation.

But due to some technical problem his flight was delayed after sitting in the airport for five hours he gets angry and at the head of the moment he decided to cancel the whole last mega store after that he submitted his claim to travel insurance but such claim is denied it's true that trip to later irritating but only for that short reason you shouldn't cancel the whole trip the travel insurance company consider to compensate traveled awake when you lost more than fifty percent of your scheduled tour lengths to make the trip cancellation claim some travel insurance company has the way coverage for airline travel delays which is called damage insurance it covers you for meals lodging and other expenses but such delay benefits are only paid when you are going to your schedule destination not on your return journey the last and not the least.

Number Four:-

Number four most of the time people make mistakes that's not to read all the terms conditions and details of your trip insurance cancellation policy trip cancellation it's not cancel for any reason and therefore you need to read carefully all the terms and conditions of policy before purchase for example legal separation or divorce is a valid conflict or cancellation should be stated in policy but a breakup with anyone is may not be covered if someone died within your family is compensate but the death of a pet is not covered reason if you want to cancel trip for a work-related cause then you may have to add work coverage option when you buy a travel insurance that means read carefully and ensure about details covers of your trip.

Shift your fear into love into your thoughts

If you've been hanging out on the ear side lately and feeling drawn down by negative thoughts and feelings, by the end of this you are going to walk away with four steps on how to easily shift from fear back to love in your thoughts. This will help you step into the high vibrational version of you, which of course we know is the true version of you at your core.

Shift your fear into love into your thoughts

If you are into connecting to your infinite potential and manifesting your most soul-aligned life and business, If you have been feeling alone in your fear-based thoughts, FEAR NOT, you are totally not alone. Having fear-based thoughts as ahuman is a totally normal thing and really where this comes from is a part of our mind known as the ego. The ego is the part of us that feels like we are separate. It's the part that likes tocriticize, that likes to judge, that likes to dwell in scarcity mindset and also in lack. It loves fear, the ego thrives on fear. At the same time we also have the spirit side of us, the spirit side of us that is rooted in love.

That part of us that is connected to the Universe, to the Divine, to Source, whatever it is that you like to call it. It's really that expression of our highest self. So as a human it's not about not having an ego because that's unrealistic right. That fear-based part of us serves a purpose. However if we are constantly keeping ourselves trapped in our ego, in the fear-based thoughts then it gets very difficult for us to live a fulfilling and love driven life. Which is why the whole point of this is really to know how to shift from fear to love in your thoughts and in shifting from fear to love you create what is known as a miracle right.

A lot of times we think that ohmiracles are these big scary things like I can't have a miracle that's only for special people but miracles are something that we are all entitled to. Miracles occur naturally and a miracle is simply a shift in perception from fear into love. And so today I'm going to walk you guys through four steps on how you can shift from fear back to love in your thoughts. So step number one is all about understanding what is the positive intention behind your fear-based thought. Now you may think that sounds absolutely crazy. It's a fear-based thought how can there be a positive intention behind it? But what is really funny is that behind every fear-based thought every "you can't do this" or "you're not good enough to do this", there actually is a positive intent and when we can look out to the positive intent it actually makes shifting from fear back into love in our thoughts much easier.

My Own example:

So to give you that as an example something that I have struggled with for a very long time, I have gone through it many time snow but here and there is still pops up and that is the fear-based thought that I am not enough to show up online to teach people to share my knowledge right. And so on the outside it may seem like this super negative thought. How can there be a positive intent? But when I actually take the time to ask myself how is this fear-based thought serving me, I come to understand that the ego simply wants to protect me right. So the ego like I already mentioned, is that fear-based side of us, it's that fearful side, it wants to keep us safe. It wants to keep us protected and me showing up online teaching and sharing my message and my content, I'm putting myself up at some kind of risk for potential judgment or whatever it is.

And the ego is afraid of that right. And so for whatever fear-based thoughts that you guys are currentlyd welling with, I want you guys to really ask yourself what is the positive intent behind this fear-based thought? How is this fear-based thought from my ego trying to serve me? And in understanding that, that makes the next step, step number two much easier. Step number two is about recognizing that the fear is not true. It's just simply not true, it's not real.

If you guys have heard of A Course in Miracles, which is a superawe some spiritual text then you may be familiar with the idea that only love is real. In A Course in Miracles it says that nothing real can be threatened a.k.a. love cannot truly be threatened and nothing unreal exists meaning that fear does not truly exist. It's simply an illusion right. So in this step what I'm really encouraging you guys to do is to list out all the ways in which your fear-based thought is simply not true right.

1.Understanding What Is the Positive Intent:

So from step number one and understanding what is the positive intent, what is the purpose that your fear-based thought is trying to serve for you, you should already have a pretty good idea as to how it's not true. So for example going back to my fear-based thought of I'm not good enough to show up online and teach, I understand that the positive intention of that is because my ego wants to keep me safe and as a result of that I can list of all the reasons of why that is not true. Why it is not true that I am not good enough to show upon line and talk about all these things and to add massive value in this world.

For example: I get messages on a daily basis from people in my community, from my clients telling me how much they appreciate everything that I do and how my work has transformed their lives right.I get great feedback on social media for all the content that Is hare and on and on and I have all these qualifications and certifications for really being able to help people transform their lives and transform their businesses. There are so many reasons as to why my fear-based thought is not true. And so in this step I highly highly recommend and call for you to create this list for yourself, for your fear-based thought. To truly understand and to witness all of the reasons why that thought is simply untrue.

2.Asking for Divine Guidance:

Step number three is all about asking for Divine Guidance on how to see things differently. It's about inviting in the Universe, God, Source, the Holy Spirit whatever it is that you want to call it, to come in and help you reinterpret your fear-based thought, to help you see things differently. And the way that you can do it is simply by saying a short prayer: "I am willing to see things differently. You create space for divine intervention and you create the space for a new way of interpreting your fear-based thought or whatever the circumstances that is in front of you, that is triggering that fear because what you're doing in saying that prayer is that you're saying that you are willing to let go of any preconceived notions or interpretations driven by the fear. And as a result of that you allow yourself to choose a more loving thought.

You allow yourself to choose a more loving interpretation of whatever the circumstance is and the next part to this is simply to affirm that new loving thought, that new loving interpretation. So once you have given, you know the space for the Divine intervention to come through, to give you that new way of looking at a situation, then the next part is for you to affirm that, affirm that loving perspective as the truth. So back to my example. It would be "I am good enough to show up online and to share massive value, to share my message." And really to feel that within your body, feel that, assert that feeling of love and of the truth in who you are.

3.Choose to trust in a Higher Power than yourself:

Step number four and this is my personal favorite step, is choose to trust in a Higher Power than yourself. In A Course in Miracles, there is one of my favorite lines that says: "The presence of fear is a sure sign that you are relying on your own inner strength."  We feel like we are alone.

We feel like we are unsupported, which is absolutely not true. When we choose to place our trust in a Higher Power. Like I said you can call this whatever it is that floats your boat. The Universe, Source, the Divine, God, the Cosmos, whatever it is. When we choose to place our trust in something that is bigger than us, a Higher Power that is bigger thanus, then we choose to believe that we are always supported, that we are always being guided towards our highest good. Now this has absolutely transformed my relationship with fear because I realize that I can't ever mess up.

Even when I am taking a scary step forward, even when I am stepping out into the unknown and I'm not 100 percent sure of what's going to happen, by choosing to trust in a Higher Power greater than myself, I am able to shift from that fear-based way of thinking back into love, back into just knowing that I am always going to be supported no matter what happens and even if there may be falls and trips along the way, well you know what? That is all part of the journey because in choosing to trust in something bigger than myself I know that I am always always always going to be guided towards my highest good.

And that's the same thing for you guys. When you choose to place your trust in that Higher Power, you can simply let go of the need to control, let go of the need to figure everything out and feel like you are in this alone and feel like you are in this alone with your fears right. When you choose to trust in that Higher Power, you know that all you have to do is to show up, take the action and you will be guided towards your Highest Good.  The Spiritual Badass Tribe, a place for light working entrepreneurs, leaders and man ifestors.

How to protect your energy as an empath?

Hey guys, welcome back to my site. If you're new here, today's I'm going to be sharing with you how to protect your energy from others so that you can keep your vibrations high. This is going to be especially helpful if you are an em path, so if you have been feeling drained lately from allowing other people to tap into your energy or you just want to learn how to take precautions and keeping your vibes high, then be sure to watch until the end .

How to protect your energy as an empath?

First of all, let me say my favorite line. We are all energy. We are energetic, spiritual beings having a human experience, which is why it is so important for us to protect our energy because not only is our energy, our life force that keeps us alive and keeps us moving, but ultimately our energy fuels us to take action in our lives and determines what we manifest and attract in.When we open up our energy too much.

First Of All:

First of all, we risk depleting our energy by giving too much of it away and allowing people to come in and tap into it and just take all of it.

Second of all:

Second of all, we become susceptible and highly sensitive to negativity in the form of negative people, negative information, negative news, you name it. And third of all, we can draw down our energetic vibration, which you guys know when you are operating from a place of low vibration. Not only are you feeling low, you're feeling icky and perhaps falling into bad patterns, but most importantly, you are going to fall out of balance with the things that you are trying to manifest because ultimately everything is energy. So when your vibration is low and you're trying to manifest these higher vibrational things, it is not going to be a match and you are going to run into resistance.

As you manifest and as light workers who have big missions and intentions to go up there and serve and heal people, it is very easy for us to give all our energy away and that's why it is extremely important that we set those boundaries and protect our energy. So I'm going to jump into some of my top tips for helping you protect your energy and keeping your vibrations high so that you can go out there, shine your light, do your light worker things, and still be grounded and protected.

Tips:

1.Intention For Protecting Your Energy:

Tip Number One, set your intention for protecting your energy and establishing your boundaries. So just like manifesting anything you want to set clear intentions so that your subconscious and the universe knows exactly what you want to be creating, which in this case is protection for your energy. So you can set this intention either in your head or say it out loud, something along the lines of, I am choosing to protect my energy from external forces while remaining loving kind and a bright source of light. Now sometimes you may feel like, well, if I'm protecting my energy, does that make me a bad person? Does that make me a selfish person?Does that mean I'm not giving? But that is absolutely not true.

And fact you are choosing to fill yoursel fup first and protect yourself so that you have more to give in the long run. So I recommend that you set this intention every single day in the morning before you go about start your day and meet people and have conversations. And also, especially if you are going to find yourself in events or parties or certain meetings where you are going to be interacting and engaging with a lot of people or essentially when you're putting yourself in environments where there may be negative energy or not so great energy that you don't want to be bringing into your container.

2.Create Your own Light Protection Bubble:

Tip number two is to create your own light protection bubble. Now, divine source light energy is energy that we all have access to whenever we decide to tap into it. And beautiful light energy has the ability to cleanse and heal and just really protect you from things that you don't want intruding into your zone. So this is as simple as doing a visualization exercise. So you can close your eyes and just imagine a stream of golden light coming down as beautiful, divine light energy coming down from above and surrounding you and creating almost like a little like bubble all around you to create a secret container where you're being protected from all external forces and sources of potential negativity or people who may drain your energy.

And here you really want to express your gratitude saying thank you to this divine light energy for protecting you and visualizing and feeling into just really seeing how this light bubble is able to protect you and fend off any negative energy or things that do not serve you. So this is basically just a very simple visualization exercise that once again, you can be doing early in the day, throughout the day, or especially before you go into environments where there may be a lot of people who can tap into your energy.

3.Zip Yourself Up:

Tip number three is zip yourself up. Now this is a personal favorite of mine because it's a really fun one to do and to imagine. So what I want you to do is to think of yourself as a sleeping bag and you have a zipper at the base of your feet near your toes. Now you want to be zipping yourself up to create the secret container for your energy and to protect yourself fromany external influences or any negative energy around you. So here you can either visualize this oractually go and physically do it where you hold onto your zipper and zip yourselfup from your mid line all the way up to your head and then over all the way down your back and then back down until you are completely sealed. So this will help keep your energy protected from any one around you who may want to tap in, drain your energy or from any negative sources. And once again, you want to be doing this, especially when you are about to step into any environment where you may be prone to negative energy or just more dense energy where there's a lot of people and where people can latch onto you and potentially drain you.

4.Saying No:

Tip number four, saying no is sometimes the besttes that you can give yourself. Let me know in the comments below ifyou struggle with saying no and being a people pleaser, wanting to make everyone happy all the time because I know I personally struggle with that as well but I just want you to know that when you are saying yes to everything and to everyone including the things that don't truly let you up, you are not only doing a disservice to yourself and your energy but you're also doing a disservice to the people and the things that you are saying yes to when in fact you really want to be saying no.

When you are saying yes to everyone in everything because you feel like you have to or you must or you should. You're not respecting your personal boundaries and your energy and as a result of that people will also not respect you and your energy and they'll overstep and keep on taking, which is why it is so crucial for you to decide what is it that you are going to accept and what is it that you are not going to tolerate. Saying no does not make you a bad person. It doesn't make you a mean person. And contrary to that, it actually makes you a respectable and admirable person because you stand up for what you believe in because you stand up for your values and you stand up for your time, your energy, and what lights you up when you live in alignment with your values and what lights you up and you can serve and you save your energy for that.

Not only will you protect your existing energy, but you will actually allow yourself to be filled up and fueled with more energy because you are spending time ands pending your energy on the things that actually bring you joy. So I want you to take a quick inventory in your life and in your business right now. And just get real honest with yourself. Where are you saying yes to things that deep inside you want to be saying no to? And just knowing that no can be a loving response when you are communicating it in a respectful and loving way.

So really taking that clear inventory of all the things and people that you're currently saying yes to one of back you want to be saying no and I want to invite you to go up there to have those conversations and to let go of the things that are in know to you deep inside because the more that you can let go of these no things, the more real and the more that you protect your energy and conserve your energy for those yeses that you want to be focusing on and yes I get it. It can be difficult, but saying no is kind of like working out a muscle at the gym. The more that you exercise it,the more that you practice it, the easier it is going to become and just know that the more that you say no, the more comfortable you can get yourself to saying no to the things that don't serve you to the things that don't let you up to the things that are drawing your energy down. The more energy you are going to have for the things that you truly love.

5.Reclaim Your Energy through Prayer:

Tip number five, reclaim your energy through prayer. Prayer is a magical medium for you to connect with the universe, God, your guides or angels or anyone else in your spiritual support team and invite them to come help you cleanse away any negative energy and to reclaim your energy. I recommend that you do this at the end of the day or after any interactions or events with a lot of people, so saying a simple prayer such as thank you universe, thank you Divine guides. Thank you so much for helping me cleanse away and release any negative energy that I may have picked up and thank you so much for helping me reclaim my energy. And so it is or any version of this that best serves you. The key idea here is to invite in your spiritual support team to help you reclaim your energy and knowing that once you send a prayer out, it is all done.

So I hope that these tips that I shared with you are helpful for you and that you're feeling inspired to put some of these practices in place. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for you to protect your energy. Once again, protecting your energy does not make you a selfish or bad or a mean person. In fact, it actually allows you to have more to give in the long run and most importantly, it allows you to take care of yourself and make sure that you have enough energy to do the things that are truly important for you and for you to live in alignment in your life.

If you would like to join a community of Badas s Light workers just like yours. Here we gather spiritual entrepreneurs, leaders and manifestors, people who are out there shining their light, big time and the world and creating massive impact. And we chat all about spirituality, manifestation, mindset, and aligned business. And it would be an absolute pleasure to have you join us. So that's all I have for you guys today. How to control weeds without chemicals?

Welcome to today's presentation on natural foods and decoratives from the woods or backyard. My name is Gary Wyatt, Extension Educatorin Forestry with the University of Minnesota Extension based out of our Mankato Regional Office. Today we are going to talk about natural food sand decoratives. First of all the native woodland wild harves thunter gatherers and harvesting in the woods.

How to control weeds without chemicals?
Also, non-timber forest products and forest farming and then we'll be talking about planting edibles and decorative plants in your own environment and landscape. Native woodland harvesting - know what you are harvesting and when. Identify the woodland or site you're going to harvest in. Identify whether it's public or private and get written permission if you don't own the land. State or Federal lands need a permit to gather and harvest wild edibles and decoratives. Specific rules are regulated on all those state and federal lands. Also sustainably harvest products - usually leave about ten percent of the products that you're picking in the woods.

Non-timber forest products include forest floral greenery, wild edibles, medicinals, landscaping and forest wood products and firewood, also crafts and art, miscellaneous products, forest-based cultural or eco-tourism with a non-timber forest component. Forest farming is the intentional manipulation and integration and intensive management of woodlands that capitalize on specific plantinte ractions to produce non-timber forest products.

In this particular slide we see pine straw in the upper left hand corner, maple syrup, shiitake mushrooms, ginseng and medicinalsor florals on the under story. There are many berries native to the upper mid west - june berries, strawberries, plums, cherries, currants and we aren't going togo through those today but there are many that are available in the upper mid west depending on your location.

The Minnesota Harvester Handbook is available at the Minnesota bookstore. This was developed by our University of Minnesota Extension forestry staff. Topics include tips on social, markets and policy. We have products by season and there are different chapters. We have eight chapters of edible mushrooms, six bark, sticks and woods, four edible greens and berries, 4 holiday decorations and saps and syrup are discussed in this booklet. This booklet is available at the Minnesota bookstore. Cultivating foods and decoratives - many of the native wild plants or similar cultivars can be planted in your own landscape  provided the same habitat that they do grow in in the native habitat such as the same soil or sunor drainage habitats in the wild.

Some of these growing edibles and decorativesin your backyard or in other landscapes that your don't have these particular landscapesbgrowing, certainly they do have to have the right habitat for these plants to grow. We are going to talk about decoratives includingbdogbwoods, willows, buds, flowers and showy fruit. And then the edibles we are going to talk about serviceberry, june berry, hazelnut, cranberry, black choke berry, elderberry and honey berry. Dogwoods and willows are very decorative and used in floral markets everywhere and can be used locally or by families or even sold out of state. There are desireable dogwoods you can plant and willows that you can plant for sale and cuttings. Scarlet curls willow, curly willow, fantail willows adds character to any type of floral arrangement and used in many markets.

Floral arrangements are very popular with these particular decoratives. Decorative buds including the various buds of pussy willows are used in different markets. Forced spring flowers including witch hazel, also cherry, apple and plum flowers, and forsythia certainly are used in a timely manner. A showy persistent fruit such as holly and bitter sweet. Just wanted to review the two bitter sweets we have in Minnesota. We have American, which is the native variety and Oriental, which is the invasive species that has entered the state. We want to make sure you know the difference between these bittersweets. American is the good native variety. It's an orange capsule. After it breaks open it's seed position or fruit position is at the tips of the branches.

On Oriental the yellow capsule is noted between the orange as American and yellow is Oriental and then also the fruit position of Orientalis along the branches, not necessarily on the tips. That's a very distinctive to understand and know both the fruit capsule color and the fruit position. Oriental bittersweet is definitely a menace to our landscapes in Minnesota and we need to report this when you see it to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. There is an excellent website from the Nebraska forest service that talks about specialty forest products and they have done extensive work on nurseries that offer these types of decorative plants like willows and dogwoods that homeowners and people that want to get into the business of raising these florals for market can purchase and raise and produce cuttings in your own landscape.

Here is another excellent website and fact sheet that they have at the Nebraska Extension Service and it is a retail nursery stock sources for plants that produce specialty forest products. Let's talk about fruit now. We aren't going to talk about apples or berriesor grapes or pears or stone fruit. Those are very extensively reviewed at extension website and also the University of Minnesota website. There is a nice fruit website that I've linked here with our z link: z.umn.edu/um fruit and all the fruits are listed here on this particular web site.

We have an excellent extension website that we have put together on edible fruits and nuts and trees and shrubs for the home landscape plantings and this is available at the previous website and also our agro forestry website. We'll just talk about a few of the edibleplants and berries and nuts that we introduced.

Serviceberry/Juneberry/Saskatoon can be ashrub form or tree form, very nice and attractive and edible. Obviously you do have to beat the birds tothese or protect the berries from the birds. American Hazelnut is a shrub type. It's gained popularity with Nutella and otherproducts of hazelnut coffee and so forth. The involucre you can see is the main coveringof the outside of the nut and then the nutshell and then the nut meat is inside that shell. These are shrubs that can be grown anywherein Minnesota. American Cranberry is a cranberry berry thatcan be made into jams and jellies. It does have to go through a freeze cycle.

You'll notice in the spring time that manyof the berries will be on the plant and the birds will gather them up in the spring timeafter winter. Black Chokeberry is aronia berry. It is high in antioxidants also a shrub thatis becoming more and more popular. A lot of people are growing this as just aone plant that you don't have to have two or three plants for pollinators. One plant is a self-pollinating plant andwill produce a lot of different berries for your home use.

Elderberry - there is a Minnesota elderberryco-op that has been developed and also they sell elderberry plants that you can sell back the fruit to this co-op and I will show you a slide at the end of the presentation today about that. Another edible crop in Minnesota grown onshrubs. Honey berry is a fairly new shrub crop for fruits in Minnesota. It's a Canadian type of plant, blue honeysuckle/haskapis another name for honey berry. It's kind of a blueberry type raspberry cross but a very nice attractive berry.

Again you do have to protect this particularplant from the birds. One thing about honey berry is that is has to be cross-pollinated with a different  plant and there are many different plants that are available on the market. You need to have one pollinator plant per five plants that you have and you have to make sure that you have the right pollinator plant. You can't have five or six of the same species or same variety. You have to have a different   variety that matches up with the other one. Fruit Coops or Organizations: black choke berry(aronia berry), elderberry, honey berry, and hazelnut.

They all have websites and groups that will educate you on growing these particular plants. This is the Midwest Aronia Berry website from Iowa. And the Minnesota Elderberry Coop from Minnesota. And these coops will purchase your berries as well. This is the Canada - University of Saskatchewanha skap or honey berry website. This is the hazelnut website from Wisconsin. Also the University of Minnesota is a part of this group that educates the public on hazelnuts - Midwest Hazelnuts.org If you are interested in buying hazelnuts and growing them they do have extensive pages on how togrow them and how the growers that do sell them to homeowners like yourself. Some of these particular berry crops may becomeinfested with the SWD: Spotted Wing Drosophila. This is an invasive species fruit fly from the Asian countries.

This is a particular problem in raspberriesin Minnesota and has been noted to be in aronia berry as well. Just become aware of that. Also, we have an excellent agro forestry website for extension.  will get you to our website and we have many of our fact sheets that are listed there and available to you. Forest farming is a part of the five practices of agro forestry. Agro forestry includes forest farming, riparian buffers, windbreaks, alley cropping, and silvo pasture. Another great website for forest farming is the national agro forestry website down at Lincoln, Nebraska. Their website is given here and this particular site has a wealth of information and publications you can download or order free of charge. Thanks for watching today's presentation. We are going to tell you the comparison between the 8th generation of Civic, known as Reborn and the 9th generation Civic, locally also known as "Rebirth" a lot of you guys must be familiar with these models but lets take a small recall.

Features:

Honda Civic 9 generation vs 8 generation

This car (8th Gen Civic) was launched in 2006 while in 2012, 8th generation of Civic was discontinued and the 9th generation of Civic was launched exactly somewhere around the end of 2012 the 8th generation was called Reborn for reasons we are about to discuss, but looks are subjective, this car (8th gen) has a very sleek look while the 9th gen Civic wasn't designed from scratch like they did with Reborn essentially with 9th Gen Civic, Honda tried to evolve the 8th Gen.

Civic 9th generation:

Civic and 9th Gen was designed on the basis of 8th Gen but if you ask me this was not an evolution, it was more a devolution again, we'll discuss this shortly  8th generation Civic is the car which had set the benchmark in its category and I think probably it was one of the most hit and successful models of Civic before the 10th generation 1.8L engine was introduced in this generation Honda totally re-thought this car extremely, they thought it out of the box usually, the trend before this generation was to add incremental changes to designs but with this generation with this specific car they actually redesigned the car, they thought totally out of the box and that is the reason got the nickname "Reborn" and this is the car, which had set the industry standard and the same standard, same genes are still.

Present in the latest 10th generation of Honda Civic it's an important milestone for the Honda Company and this car category, both. talking about the trims introduced in this generation there were 4 trims the basic trim was a hard-top with manual transmission then there was a hard-top with Prosmatec transmission then came the Oriel which represents the top of the line variant basically it has a sunroof apart from a few other features then there were those 2 trims, Oriel with Manual & Oriel with Prosmatec transmission  So, let's talk about its acceleration as the famous R18 engine was introduced with this car so let's test it's 0-100km/h acceleration just to give you guys an idea about the engine improvement in terms of their acceleration .

However, please keep in mind obviously we are doing used car reviews, this is a used car so, the exact calculated time of acceleration of each car could be different depending upon factors like car mileage, maintenance road conditions, driver conditions so please keep all these factors in mind this is just an impression  So heres a POV (Point of View) of the 8th generation Civic as I have mentioned earlier as well Honda thought about it outside the box if you look at the dash, for the first time ever a digital instrument cluster was introduced in a Civic this is a 2-tier cluster Honda famously called it 2-Tier, due to 2 different levels at the top, there is a speedometer along with the fuel & temperature gauges rest of the information including tachometer (RPM), gear selector and other lights indicators are at the bottom, so it's a 2-tier cluster moving towards its drive from the time of its launch till date, the drive of this car is really good the road grip, braking and handling are really good but , this car also had it's fair share of issues. most importantly, the first issue was of it's power steering.

Apparently, the pipe of power steering had an inherent defect. which drained the steering fluid and even at times led to a damaged steering rack. Secondly, it also had a serious issue with the catalytic converter. there is also an issue with its transmission adjuster which was inherited by the 9th generation Civic as well.  So , tell me about the spare parts availability of 8th Gen Honda Civic. Is there any additional maintenance required apart from its regular maintenance?  , this car was a very hit (popular) model it still has a decent market demand this was the benchmark model all sorts of spare parts are easily available. starting from OEM manufactured parts even the parts which are fake replicas, coming in from China, by 3rd party vendors those parts are also available as far as the engine parts are concerned this has the exact same engine (R18) as the 9th and 10th generation Civic.

Spare Engine parts:

so, brand new engine parts are also available all sorts of spare parts are available in the market talking about the body parts, I am surprised that Honda Atlas also keeps a stock of body parts of 8th generation Civic although they are a bit expensive  they are overcharging in my opinion  They are indeed, same parts can be arranged from the scrap market or 3rd party vendors Original parts would probably be sourced at 40% less price but there isn't much of an issue with its maintenance although its maintenance is slightly expensive due to its age older cars usually incur more issues as compared to the newer cars with new cars you don't usually face major issues for the first few years however, used cars like these require some additional maintenance due to their age hence, the cost of replacing old parts is slightly expensive so it totally depends on you you can either get a brand new 660cc small hatchback in 16 lacs budget or get a used car like this, and keep some spare money for additional maintenance .

So , one of the differences in the 9th Gen Civic is of the Car Key which is a jack-knife style key, which was introduced with the 9th gen , let's go for a drive now  Let's make a comparison of this one and the 8th generation because... ...more or less both cars are related to each other because... ...they have the same engine, they have the same transmission.

One specific difference:

Hydraulic power steering:
there's one specific difference in their drive that's in their steering response which is due to the fact that the 8th generation Civic has Hydraulic power steering, whereas, the 9th generation Civic the one we are currently driving, has an electronic power steering so this steering actually is quite light as compared to the hydraulic one found in the 8th gen Civic however, its major drawback is the lack of road connectivity as compared to the 8th Gen When you're driving the 8th Gen Civic, you can precisely feel its steering response the feedback of the steering, that feeling is absent from this Civic the steering of 9th Gen Civic is quite vague and rough However, being a light steering, it's quite good for urban driving.

So another difference which you feel is from the driver's perspective the 9th Gen Civic is much more driver oriented if you look at its dash layout, its focused towards the driver and its i-MID display which is essentially, a LCD also gives a much better look in terms of driver's display  , in fact its the same thing which I mentioned earlier... evolution from the 8th generation digital odometer with 2 tier instrument cluster, with tachometer at the bottom and digital speedometer at the top then there's the i-MID screen next to it, which I'd like to discuss in detail because of this i-Mid screen, the functionality and options which you get in it, are unfortunately not even available in the 10th generation of Pakistani Honda Civic .

I'll be more specific about the missing functionalities when you open any door of your vehicle there's an individual indicator for each door in the i-MID screen which is not present in the latest gen Honda Civic it only shows the standard indicator that the door might be open whereas in this car (9th Gen) Civic, which is the previous generation it clearly shows you the individual door that is open With every new model apart from a few exceptions usually car companies do some upgradations by introducing some new features same happened with the 9th Gen Civic as well For the first ever in a Civic there was a factory fitted multimedia steering with the option of Cruise Control in the Oriel variant only whereas in hardtop variants, it was just a multimedia steering without the Cruise Control .

Exactly, and another addition was of the digital climate control its a Single Zone Digital Climate Control which means that the cabin temperature of the entire car can be digitally adjusted from 18 - 30 degree Celsius similarly, in this specific variant, Honda also gave a dedicated Econ Button practically speaking, it does not make a lot of different in fuel average but in real terms you can get about half a KM/L better fuel average if you drive on Econ Mode  talking about the Digital Climate Control, only the Civic Oriel had it, not the hard-top variant in hardtop 9th gen Civic, it was a standard A/C control system with buttons whereas in the previous 8th generation Civic all the trims had physical A/C buttons.

So viewers, now we will further talk about the drive ability of these cars and their differences as well to begin with, the ground clearance of both cars was slightly different 9th generation Civic being slightly more in terms of ground clearance, whereas in the 8th generation people had a few complaint with respect to its ground clearance actually in 8th generation, the biggest complaint was that when you have all 5 seats occupied then the car used to scrape against the speed breakers very often and Honda essentially addressed that problem in the 9th generation Civic they gave it a slightly better ground clearance yet again, I would emphasize there wasn't a major difference in the ground .

clearance there was a slight improvement in it to ensure that with the same load, car wouldn't scrape against the speed breakers like the 8th generation used to do however, this also came at a cost of ride quality in 9th generation of Civic, you actually feel the difference in road grip than its predecessor (8th gen Civic) especially when you are driving on an uneven road then you actually feel the bouncy ride of the car you feel yourself going up and down with it 8th generation Civic was relatively much more stable and definitely smoother it used to travel flat on the exact same surface and on the same road .

Difference of Fuel:

Exactly, so , another difference which we need to talk about is a very important difference which is of the Fuel Economy so, tell me about the difference between the fuel economy of 9th Gen and 8th Gen Honda Civic 8th generation is known for it's poor fuel average people say that it consumes a lot of fuel that is true to quite an extent I think due to the little tweaks in the 9th gen Civic and a few other factors like a slightly more aerodynamic shape, slightly better steering in terms of engine load electronic power steering does not have an additional load on engine so all these factors combined, the difference in fuel consumption is about 1-1.5 KM/L between the 2 cars, 9th gen Civic having a slightly better fuel average and I think partly may be some of that part goes to that Econ button as well another thing which started from the 8th Gen Civic and was followed in the 9th Gen.

Civic as well but was changed in the 10th generation of Civic was that in both 8 & 9 Gen Civic their wipers had cross movement you can also call them scissor wipers, as they moved on the opposite direction on the wind screen so the view of front passenger was wiped and made clear as well whereas in 10th generation Civic, those are back to traditional wipers which move in the same direction and here's the POV view of the 9th generation Civic we try to bring the POV of every car for you this would give you an idea of the driver's perspective from the driving seat One very major improvement made after the 8th generation Civic, this area, this pillar had a very bad blind spot in the 8th generation Civic which was improved significantly in the 9th generation Civic this was a major issue in the 8th gen Civic, which was addressed by

Honda in the 9th generation Civic However, even now in the 9th gen Civic, I would say that if you compare its visibility to the 10th generation Civic, which we covered in detail as well is still not as good as the front visibility of the 10th gen Civic however, its still much better than that of the 8th generation Civic  So , since we are trying to educate our viewers as well if they are in the market for a used 9th generation Honda Civic so in your opinion, what would be its ideal price?

Price of Both:
it's really hard to pin point the ideal price as there are probably hundreds of factors, which determine the price of a used car you cannot exactly compare its pricing its a used car everyone has their own demand in the market however, we'll take good car for a reference with original mileage, well maintained and non-accidented as far as my evaluation goes if you are going for a basic variant in manual transmission from 2012 probably starting from 16 lacs and 2016 model would be for 21 lacs, or perhaps maximum 22 lacs only if the car is in great shape, this should be your price for the manual transmission and if you are talking about the Prosmatec transmission a very clean, a very good car from 2012, Oriel Prosmatec top of the line that should be priced around 18-19 lac and the worth of 2016 model Oriel Prosmatec would be maximum 24 lacs because then I mean why shouldn't I go for that one (next generation) I would rather stretch my budget to get the newer, 10th generation Honda Civic but again, this is my evaluation, please don't quote me on these figures  So , this was the Detailed Comparison of Honda Civic 8th & 9th Generation.

Hopefully you would like it and do share your feedback with us because we improve our upcoming reviews based on your comments especially through your valuable suggestions we try to integrate them to produce a better review  Talking about the integration "Frankly", if you want us to review your car then do contact us so, we'll see you next time, Take care, Allah Hafiz!

Fact why sometimes teamwork fails?

My name is Usman and in this article that why sometimes a teamwork fails May Allah bless you with all that you love All nations and societies that have been lacking behind in all aspects of life have now evolved and are now known for progress and prosperity.  Relying on well established principles and values.  If it weren't for values and principles they would have been just remembered in history showing no appearance in the world map today and we as a society probably lie at the bottom of the third world countries To face our issues is a major challenge, not to achieve our goals but for it to remain in our conscious only this complex situation does not give our society a choice to take the right path, instead will make our circumstances and conditions more complicated than it already is now.

Fact why sometimes teamwork fails?

Of the most important values that bring up any society and help it achieve and  in the least time consuming manner  is Teamwork Societies that don't believe or do not practice the art of team work are often the ones who lack behind I would not be exaggerating if I say that our society is one of those communities, sadly What is the concept/idea of teamwork? Teamwork is not merely a meeting of 5 or 10 persons to accomplish a certain task. The idea of team work is quite deeper than that It starts with an understanding of the mind that working within a team is preferred and better than working as an individual.

A mind that is aware that working with a group means the preference of (we) over (I) and put public interest at the expense of private interest.  This mentality entrenches a beautiful concept  that is that the principle of participation in the ideas and visions is better than just owning them  Therefore, this mentality believes that you cannot overcome all major societal hardships  unless you take part in organised group work rather than individualised adventures.  Why do attempts and experiences of team work fail? The first failure of any group work is the presence of an (individual) who does not realise the importance of group work and is controlled by false perceptions that appear to him that major successes are possible by some sort of super hero.

may be they are not aware that successes achieved by team work needs people to be patient about failed experiences that may take place at the beginning  most of the time young men come up with innovative ideas  that require a large amount of effort to succeed in reality Making (the love and exaggeration for the idea) a reason for generating the wrong idea of being self made  so the they are left with the only choice  to apply the idea individually  rather than endure the difficulties and converting the idea into a group idea The result is often disappointing..  that after a period of time the energy and enthusiasm is weakens and thus die a lot of ideas  the absence of self confidence makes an individual take decisions to work individually  rather than creating or engaging in group work .

Meaning a person might say you would burry his idea or even cancel it completely or I wouldn't be able to expose my abilities so the optimal choice is individuality  here we have the problem of self confidence which no doubt is a weakness Some assume that group work is a gathering for entertainment and this in itself is a beautiful side but it is not the only side to it In group work, you may find different views, obligations, responsibilities and a variety of difficulties...  which means it needs sufficient capacity to endure and adapt... and those who view group work as an entertainment quit after the first request to oblige what mostly destroys group work is the outbreak of (mental diseases and disorders) that show selfishness and the love to emerge selfishness makes one work with a group with a mind set of how to satisfy his own interests even if it was at the expense of the goals of team work.Fact why sometimes teamwork fails.

Selfishness:

Selfishness makes a person think and worry if he attain a good leadership position or would I just become a member of the group regardless of whether he deserves it or not selfishness makes a person start to believe that his opinions are a magical solution and the most suitable way to achieve any goal even though majority oppose a selfish person is worried after every achievement Why? Because he fears that the chances for success of the group affects his ego and his love to emerge a more provocative reason for the failure of group work (selfish affiliations toward a tribe or a city)  what does that mean?  suppose that there is a project that serves the community as a whole without any discrimination between any of its members then selfish kinship arise towards a tribe or city.

A person begins to say  "Oh what a wonderful project this would have been if it were with the people of my city or tribe" Alright! Why don't you try to strengthen the basis of the ideas and make the time for it which is a minority and already scarce Selfishness is repulsive and due to it people don't put effort in being noble  to summarise what I said, the presence of individuals who are not mentally and psychologically prepared will subject any group work to fail in any successful group work, there must be a working team there must be an agreement in two main points  the desire and the ability the desire is what will motivate to give and endure hardships or difficulties  however the desire is not enough there must be  the ability and that is the qualifications and aspects that each person with in a group has and is responsible for implementing the absence of one or both of these two points will lead to a problem in any group work.

Team work Consists of:

Any team work that consists of standards that are not clear to all or inaccurate is at a great risk of major agreement problems lack of accurate and clear objectives is the biggest factor that makes any teamwork prone to frustration and  disruption because there will be a lot of effort done for a long periods of time without getting a feeling of accomplishment  whats worse is when hidden objectives are found  other than the objectives shown earlier. In a situation like this, society may lose distinctive competencies that would intrude in any group work and cause loss of credibility. A team that focuses on achievements without any regard to the feelings of its members  and deals with its members as though they are only tools for accomplishment with no appreciation, honoring, or even  motivation   or rationalise when any member makes a mistake or feel for the social aspects of each individual .

Trust that achievements and success in this group won't be for long.  Forming a distinctive working team for any group work  with the presence of (management) that does not plan, organise and evaluate and know the actual needs of the community.  will cause a lot of efforts to be wasted which makes the work chaotic and achievement is lessened A community with few or no success stories of team work.  In contrast, there is the opposite.

"if you want success get away from the people of your society" "Go ahead try and we will add your experience to the list of experiences that failed" and so on. So the person is taken away by the pressure of these negative messages  a society that is haunted by skepticism and mistrust makes it impossible to succeed in any attempt for group work for a simple reason  the philosophy of group work is based on (trust among the individuals in the group to achieve a common goal) and the scourge of skepticism and mistrust blows off the trust  with regret  and how many noble projects have failed because of this scourge  humanitarian relief projects and other youth education many others failed as a result to skepticism in its goals  once accused of racism or aiding some political views  and an endless list of justifications for questioning what maybe hidden.

Group work requires leaders to manage successfully.. societies that do not provide the chance or do not have the patience for it to grow or do not motivate its actual leadership will live a tragic loss for not feeling group success whats harder is when nascent attempts face non constructive feedback so the person who tries to lead the group work becomes worried  from a society that does not forgive ruthless mistakes does not adopt experiments if they are not successful.

Some Points:

Let us mention some points briefly.  If we are to succeed at our group work support initiatives of group work through implementations and evaluation in a sophisticated and distinctive manner Prepare young men for group work  through education and training linking group work to the goals and ideas and avoiding what may provoke the society such as connecting your group work to any tribal or origin relations adopt the experiments and giving them new opportunities in order to gain confidence  start the first steps in building a society  that helps in the success of team work by rebuilding the bridges of trust and rise above the scourge of question.

In the Last:

Finally All I wanted to say, a long time has passed  and the fundamental societal needs have increased a value such as the value of group work is the most suitable way to return what has been wasted believe me, where we are today is worthy to make us more patient towards our experiences in order to succeed All the best to all of you, you can watch the previous episodes   best greetings from me, Suliman bin Ahmed and all the working team   Peace and Blessings be upon you . These are Fact why sometimes teamwork fails

Dads needs a work balance life for own

Do men need work-life balance programs?I've run several work-life/family programs and I have this particular chapter about keeping the men in the picture when it comes to work life balance programs. And I actually was recently just trying to edit this portion in a webinar that I did about work family balance. And I just had some problems with the lighting. So actually what I decided right now is to transmit to you again the content of that portion when I talked about the challenges of men when it comes to work-life balance.

Dads needs a work balance life for own

So I will be right back. Hi I'm Avic and in this  i am going to tell you that does dads need a work balance life? I gave you my tips and tricks to improve in work/life balance, to maximize technology and to grow in faith. And today I'm going to share with you my insights about men and work-life balance. There are actually some values shifts that are happening with regards to men and this had been highlighted in a particular article about the daddy track. I'll show you here. It appeared in the New York Magazine and there are many anecdotes about that that really reflected the value shifts as regards men really wanting to spend time with their children. And there was one executive who said that he hardly saw his dad and therefore he would not want that to happen.

He would still want to, he would want to see his children grow up, And actually 15 years ago I really remember that example from the son of my friend who said that he would be resigning his job which is a top position (number two) in a call center. And he had that time two children and the wife was pregnant and he said "I really would like to spend more time with my kids." And talking to a headhunter also a few months after that conversation, I asked him whether he could also be observing that kind of values shifts in men or dads.

And he said "Yes, I actually offered a position of a president of a company to a man." And he was so surprised when he was told "I'd think of that especially if they would consider me arriving in the office at 10:00 a.m. because I still would like to see my children wake up and help bring them to school." And he was so surprised because he has a full-time wife who was really in charge of the kids and here's a kind of a different man. Perhaps you have also been noticing that in the commercials the dads are featured really as more of a stay-home.

A more recent example that I would like to show you, a very short of that, was when I was watching Vid Con which is in YouTube it appeared as Vid Confession and it's like aninter view of several YouTube creators and one question there was: what  you be doing, what do you think you would be doing 10 years from now? First there were several answers and it really caught my attention this personality. His name is Zach King and he has around 44 million followers in TikTok, probably the third highest paid.

And he said I would still be a dad. I'll show you right now. So I hope you enjoyed that. But of course there's always going to be a social stigma of men trying to spend time with their children. I actually interviewed some of my friends and I asked them whether really it's true that the working mothers at a certain time during the day their productivity is going down especially at around 4 o'clock when they think their children are at home. So they'll text or they'll call their children.  trying to find out what they'redoing, what they're eating is really more in line with a woman's job so somehow it's something that is not yet... That the men are spending more time, well there are more and more of these, more anecdotes.

But still it's not as widespread as it is to be very accepted, not to have this hanging question in your mind: where is the mother or where is the wife. Another thing that can go against men spending more time with their kids by talking about their kids as much as women is that they could also be seen as being weak. So a strategy that I found back in like I think 2006 when I was when I started doing research and work family balance is this phenomenon that is called stealth parenting. So it's like being a father but that going public. If you're going to attend a parents-teachers meeting then you can schedule also your out-of-the-office business meeting. And recently just a few days ago I googled that and now it's like a word that is already defined. So one major event that can happen to a man is to be fa father.

And that's why when it comes to work-life balance, advocates would actually highlight how high-profile dads would really spend their paternity leave before or after the delivery. I would emphasize that because I had a friend I visited in the hospital and I said "so, where's your husband?" And that was February, and she said that the husband would use paternity leave come August. So of course it became a vacation leave. So as I was saying, the work-life balance advocates who would really want the dads to spend more time with their kids they would really picture the high profile dads. So through out the years I have actually collected these figures so I show them here. So now I think you'll be more aware of this.

While you read the newspapers, you will really see these men and somehow you will not be surprised because when women take maternity leave it's not big news. So you can see that there is really like an intentional way why these high-profile dads are really big news when they take paternity leave. So I hope you learned from this.

My own suggestions:

Here these are the my suggestions on that dads needs a work balance life.If you're interested in this topic, don't forget to watch my other article.I have these types of many articles on my website which provide you knowledge in a unique and intresting way.So if you have any kind of question regarding to this article or our website we can ask from us by commenting. It was very helpful for us and for our website. How to challenge your boss respectfully as a manager?

That information that you have might not make it to the top. And then poor decisions might be made and really terrible outcomes can come from that. And that would be all because you decided not to speak. welcome to my site where we believe that the transformation from manager to leader is such a crucial one and that's because, well, true leaders change lives.

Group Of People In A Meeting

SO have you ever been in a situation where your boss comes up with some sort of idea or some sort of process, and they're super excited about it and you're sitting there thinking, ooh, I don't know if that's going to work. And you find yourself thinking this, but you're like, you don't necessarily want to say anything because you don't want to get anybody upset.

You don't want it to come out the wrong way. And you might be also fearful of retribution just depending on your boss. Well, if you've been in this situation before, which I'm pretty sure most of us have been in that situation, then this is the  for you because I'm going to be sharing a couple of quick tips that will really help you to navigate such a conversation and make sure that you say what you have to say in a really respectful manner. Now, before I get into the tips, I just want to remind you to hit on the subscribe button so that you don't miss out on any insights that I share here only on Tuesday. Okay, so let's get into it.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

So, first of all, I would say that one of the toughest positions to be in, like for sure, is in middle management. Because not only do you have to learn how to manage your team or how to lead your team, but you also have to learn to manage up if you want to be effective at all in your role. And unfortunately, one of those aspects of managing up is actually learning how to voice your opinion when you find yourself in opposition to the viewpoint that your boss has on something. You know, so you're going to find yourself having to advocate a lot for your team and for their workload for yourself or your work load and maybe even timelines. Um, and so that's why it's really important for us to think about, or to have this discussion today so that you know how to do this practically speaking.

Okay so the first thing I'll say on this matter is that you actually have to switch your mindset, you know, and talking to other managers, I realize that there is a lot of fear around speaking up, especially when you don't necessarily agree with your boss. And, you know, I remember being in that situation too, there is a lot of anxiety that goes on inside as to whether or not you should speak up or not, because you're not necessarily sure how it's going to be received.

And, you know, depending on what's important to you, that could be a really big deal. So for example, if what's important to you is a consistent pay check and you feel as though that pay check is going tobe taken away from you, if you speak up and voice your opinion, then you're most likely not going to say anything. Or if what's important to you is to have the respect of those around you, especially, or particularly your boss.

Then again, that fear is going to be amplified and you're not going to necessarily want to say anything. But what I want to tell you right now in terms of your mindset is that you have to think at a completely different level. And remember that you were chosen for this role for a reason. You know, they entrusted you with this, you know, this role because they expect you to do it to your best, to the best of your ability.Think about it this way. If you stay quiet on a matter, like if you see there's a hole in something, or, you know, if you have a completely different view on something and you don't speak up, then that information that you have might not make it to the top.

And then poor decisions might be made and really terrible outcomes can come from that. And that would be all because you decided not to speak up. So I think it's actually better for you to view it from that lens. That you simply just have a difference of opinion and that difference of opinion can make a world of a difference if you voice it, that you're just trying to get your message across, instead of thinking about what could happen if you actually said something.

So number two, once, you know, you've developed that mindset, that you're basically just the vessel for the message is that you have to present it with tact. Now, tact according to the dictionary and I'm actually just going to read this straight from my phone cus I don't want to mess it up and it's really good.

So according to the dictionary tact means having a keen sense of what to do or what to say in a difficult or delicate situation in order to maintain good relations with others and to avoid offence. This is essentially exactly what you're trying to do, right? You're trying to say what you got to say without causing any sort of offenceor, or any sort of issues. And so tact really is twofold. And the first part of that is I would say, choosing your words carefully, you know, just blurting out what you have to say for the sake of saying it is not really going to do anybody good. You have to first really think about what it is you want to say, and then choose your words carefully because your words, actually matter. The second part of tact is all about the way it's being said. So how you say what you say.

There's this really well known Bible verse that says that we should be seasoning our words with salt. And that's because we know that salt usually enhances the flavor of food. That's making it appealing to the person that we're serving it to. The same goes with your words, right? How you say it matters just as much as what you say, especially if you want it to be well received.

So you do have to consider like how you're saying it and what the tone is of what you're actually saying. Number four is to consider your timing. Now, depending on the relationship, you know, that you have with your boss and the culture of your team, and, you know, it might not always be advantageous for you to voice your opinion. Now, the reason why I say that, it depends on your relationship is because there are some teams that operate in a space of conflict. And what I mean by that is that they have like a very trusting environment and the leader of that team encourages those team members to push back on ideas, you know, within team meeting sand whatnot.

And so if you're in that situation, then it's more of a matter of you finding the courage to find your voice and speak up. But if you're in a situation where your culture on the team doesn't really lend to that, then you have to really choose your timing. Like not, it's not always the right time to say something.
EXAMPLE:

Going back to the example of, you know, seasoning your words with salt and food and how that works, you know, just because you have a well flavored meal, it doesn't mean that it's always the most optimal time to present that meal to somebody, right? Like if someone just had a really big meal or if they're sick, it doesn't matter how well seasoned your food is. It's just not the right time to be giving it to them. So it's the same thing in this situation, right? You want to make sure that you are saying what you have to say at the time that makes the most sense.

Tip number five is to come with your solutions. You know, there are some people that can completely skip a problem and get right to the solution. And then there's others who are just like really keen on finding the problem. Like their eyes can, can see it really easily. You know, I don't think that's a good or bad thing really. I mean, that's just a matter of your style and how, how you do things. But I will say that it's really important that you get into the habit of coming to your boss or approaching your boss, approaching your boss I should say with solutions rather than problems.

Like you should be in that habit in general, but especially when you're ind is agreement with them or when you have some sort of opposing view. So that way when you're approaching them and you're telling them, okay, so this is what I see to be the issue, but here are two different solutions or options that you might want to consider. Then you're just not like going to them for disagreement sake.

You're going to them because you're trying to find some sort of solution or your trying to help them get to a different solution. So that's what I would have to say on that one. So there you have it five quick tips that will help you say what you have to say, get your point across without leaving you feeling icky or, you know, making the situation any worse.

How to create your dream wardrobe?

If you think you don't have anything to wear despite your packed wardrobe you are not alone my friend!  I'm gonna explain why your wardrobe is full of stuff you don't use and what you can do to start to change this game!  My mission is to help women to build their dream wardrobe without hurting the plane tor the pocket. So to start with let's clarify what are the three main mistakes people make when they shop for clothes. These mistakes turn wardrobes into an awful headache. The first mistake is to buy on sales.

How to create your dream wardrobe?

Promotions are tempting, aren't they? You always end up buying anything just because it's a bargain. On these occasions your criteria drops dramatically. It does not matter if there is a fault, if the clothes don't fit well...Most of the time they aren't even your size!!But you buy them anyway just to not miss out the opportunity. In most of these cases that clothing won't be worn because you actually don't like it It's not flattering. You bought it thinking that you would save money.

Conversely, what you did was to waste money on clothes you won't ever use!Every time you buy on sales your wardrobe becomes more and more packed with useless things. All the money you spent on sales could be invested into divine and good quality clothes you'd use almost every week! You know that old saying quality overtakes quantity.

This is absolutely true. The second common mistakes is being in fluenced by trends and media. Every day we are bombarded with fashion trends through our screens. We are always connected on our mobiles computers and tv. Therefore, we can't help being influenced by all that viral content displayed on there.Even though you don't follow the New York or Paris fashion week you'll get to know all fashion trends through celebrities and social media influencers.

We are extremely exposed to these images dictated by the fashion industry. That's why we end up being drawn to them and Very often this attraction is not real. They don't actually match either our personality or lifestyle. We only realize this when the trendy clothes are already in our wardrobes.Every time we try to wear them we feel out of our skin.We feel that they don't fit us. As a result, those clothes won't be worn and one more time your money was badly invested. The third mistake is compulsive shopping.Going to the shops when we are feeling sad or anxiousas a way to forget our problems can turn our wardrobe into a true cemetery of clothes. On these occasions you probably will buy stuff you don't need just for feeling fulfilled... Wrong. Those clothes will only fulfill your wardrobe! They stay hanging there to remind you how impulsive you were and cause regret. In fact, shopping for clothes can produce some sere to nine which will put you in a better mood.

However, it has a temporary effect and does not solve your problem sat all ! One? Two? All of them? that's fine... Everyone makes mistakes! Let me know in the comments below What are your biggest mistakes when you shop for clothes. But Layana, why are you talking about mistakes? I want to know what are the right things to do! Not the wrong ones!

Listen, darling.I'm not here to give you a ready to go formula.Since style is unique and personal. I am here to pass down to you some information, some tools that will make you capable of choosing by yourself what's right for you. To get there you have to be conscious of your mistakes so that you can watch yourself and force yourself to change behavior because you believe this is the best for you.Having said that I think you are ready. I'm gonna tell you the golden rule to conquer your dream wardrobe! Be mindful. Some may think that mindful living only includes yoga and meditation.

However, it can be applied to many aspects of life including shopping and style. How? Knowing yourself, your style, identifying what you like and what you dislike. What makes you happy and what don't whenit comes to clothes. Firstly, it's crucial to understand the the relevance of clothes in our lives. They tell a story, mirror our personality, and what matters for us. For example, that dress you wore in your first date with your boyfriend, the blazer you were wearing when you got promoted at work,or those sneakers you took on your favorite trip. Our wardrobe is a mix of memories, dreams, a snapshot of your current state of mind. Our clothes aren't just mirrors of ourselves.

They also have the power to transform, to make us more confident, happier and even make us feel special. That's why it's important to choose consciously what covers our skin. Deeply caring about what we wear is not futility as many people think.it's the exercise of your self-awareness and self-love. If you are not happy with the clothes you have in your wardrobe probably it's because they don't reflect your personal style. Discovering your personal style takes time and requires lots of experiments.Being honest, it's not an easy path to take.

But it pays off!  And you have me as an ally to support and guide you! So the first stepis to do a self-analysis, to question yourself before putting anything into your wardrobe. To guide you through this process, I'll give you three questions you ask yourself every time you are facing that clothing either in a dressing room or online shop.Write down these questions because it's very important to take them with you when you go shopping. The first question is: Why should I buy this clothing? Try to find the reason behind your will to buy. If the answer is something like... Because it's on sales or because it's trendy. Stay alert! You can befalling into the mistakes I mentioned at the beginning.

Remember I don't recommend you buying this clothing if those are the only reasons you can find. However, if the answer is something like...because it makes me feel comfortable because I like it because it highlights a part of my body that I love so I feel wonderful! Thoughts like these are good signs. But before making the decision there are two other questions. The second one is when would I use this clothing? If the answer is something like...I'm gonna wear it for the next gala ball i'm invited to when you don't even remember the last gala boll you attended...Who has never bought that alluring dress but never had a chance to take it out?

Yes, everyone has done this before. To avoid falling into this trap and the beautiful gown getting moldy in your wardrobe, I recommend you to not buy it. Now the last but not the least question. Does this clothing go with other pieces from my wardrobe? If you can remember at least three other clothes that you already own and go with that piece in the shop and you have thick the boxes for the other questions I mentioned before,You can buy this clothing with peace of mind! The chances of going wrong are pretty low.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

Never forget, your wardrobe overhaul begins if you ask yourself the three questions. It will save you a lot of money and considerably reduce your environmental footprint. After all, you will only take home what you want to wear. But Layana, what do I do now with all those clothes I bought by mistake? What if you swapped them with clothes you would like to wear? They are not good for you but there might be somebody who will love them. Clothing swaps make this come true!If you live in Australia you are invited to join swap-a-porter,our online clothing swap community on Instagram!Yes, we swap clothes online. It's eco fun and free.If this generates value then comment.Thanx

These money mistakes keeps you poor forever

There are a lot of mistakes you can make with your money you can overspend let it rot in a savings account invest it in the wrong stocks or gamble it away and while all these things will ruin your financial well-being there is one money mistake that most people are doing that is in fact much much worse and in this  I will share with you the one money mistake that will keep you poor forever life-changing content if you were to do an analysis of the total American population you would find that one commonality exists amongst more than 150 million people and that commonality is not this group of people all owned cars have mortgages or even have credit card debt withdrawal probably true the one thing that ties this group of people together is that none of them invest their money and when I say that they don't invest their money I don't just mean investing in single stocks I mean they don't invest in stocks bonds mutual funds ETFs real estate retirement accounts or a dare.

These money mistakes keeps you poor forever

I say even cryp to currency the sad truth is that nearly half of all Americans are letting their money a road by sticking it in a low interest savings account as they already know even savings accounts that offer a higher than average interes rates of say 1.8 percent aren't enough to fight inflation in fact the average inflation rate in the United States in 2019 was 2.3 percent so if you left your money in a 1.8 percent savings account all year you would actually have lost half a percentage point on your money what's worse is that many people know just how powerful investing can be let's use an example to illustrate this point let's say right now you're 25 years old and you decide to invest five hundred dollars a month.

In a low-cost diversified index fund if you do that until you're 60 years old you'd end up with 1 million a hundred and forty eight thousand four hundred and eighty-three dollars which is spent properly would give you more than enough money to retire on in fact in recent pollsres pondents said that their primary investing goal was to save for retirement eat only 20% of them were actually taking the steps necessary to make that happen so if investing is acknowledged by the masses as being an important factor in building a solid financial future then why are so few people investing the truth is that many people are allowing their fear of losing money to stop them from leveraging the power of stock market investing in some respects.

The years weren't it at the end of the last decade young professionals watched in horror as the stock market lost more than half its value over a year-and-a-half span college savings accounts were decimated plans for retirement postponed and in many situations homes and cars were lost many young people who witnesses turmoil during their formative years walked away with what they thought was the lesson to be learned from the markets tumble don't invest in capital markets but I think it's worth asking how scary is market investing really since 2000 the stock market is represented by the SP 500 index has crashed or had a major drop in8 out of 18 years with annual losses between 9 percent in 2030 7 percent in 2008 the 37 percent drop in 2008 is about as bad as it gets you'll have to look back over 80 years to the pits of the Great Depression to find annual stock market losses worse than 37 percent on the other hand over the last 80 years the stock market has returned an average of about 9 percent annually some years are really bad which causes the fear and the average reluctant investor but on average the long-term turns are pretty good given the track record of the stock market

As a whole  i think most people can rationalize to themselves that investing over the long term will be financially beneficial however the fear lives in the risk of a short-term meltdown like in 2008 and yes these financial downturns do happen and ever not investing in your retirement and com in go to realize that you have to keep working in your later years seems like just a bad of a reality unfortunately hedging your bets and investing and safer lower yielding investments won't cut it when it comes to building a nest egg large enough to support you in your later years for instance consider a risk averse investor buying low yielding but relatively safe investments like short term bonds or certificates of deposit that would return about 4% over time compare the returns to a risk embracing investor who buy stocks at average 9%per year after 30 years of investing $10,000 per year the safe investor earning 4% will have 500$83,000 whereas the stock investor will have one point four eight six million dollars or more than double sure over that time the stock investor Macy'sport folio spike and dip however in the long run investing in the capital markets will be in their favor so if you make up part of the 47% of Americans who are shying away from investing or just want to become more comfortable.

With the idea of putting your money into the stock market then here are seven steps you can take to capitalize on the powerful returns this investment vehicle has to offer step one combat your fear with knowledge you've probably heard the saying knowledge is power and while this is true knowledge is also confidence and if you want to overcome your fear of investing then you need to be confident in the fact that the stock market is the right place to be investing your precious money in order to gain his confidence you need to start educating yourself on how the stock market work sand how to value the companies you want to invest in when I was first starting my own investing journey I was super fearful of losing the money I had invested at the time I was working a minimum-wage job so coming across money wasn't easy and the thought of losing it had me on edge.

However after I learned just how beneficial it is to let your money work for you I knew I had to invest what helped me overcome my fear was reading and listening to audio book son investing the book that started it all for me was the Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham in fact you can get the audio book yourself for free today by signing up for a 30-day free trial with audible using the link I've left in the description below then if that book isn't enough for just $15 a month you can sign up for a full membership and continue to fill your mind with investing knowledge alright step number two take it slow so now that you've acquired the knowledge you need to pick companies to invest in and how the market works in general it doesn't mean you need to throw away your life savings into a particular fund or stock in fact starting slow and investing small amounts at first allows you to make less costly mistakes as you begin to grow a san investor for instance investing just $25 a month may be where your love of comfort lies at first and then as you become more knowledgeable in what aspects of a stock appeal to you you can increase your investment contribution and start to see your portfolio really take off step 3 refine your strategy once you have your bearings in the stock market investing world it's now time to start developing an investment strategy this could involve being an active trader picking your own stocks or investing in mutual funds or index funds well there are definitely ways to maximize your returns if you can pick the right stocks most people would benefit from sticking to simple investment strategies like investing in an index fund finally steer clear of adopting someone else's investing strategy.

If you don't think it will work for you everyone has different values schools and risk tolerances and by creating your own strategy you can position yourself to make them most of your investing efforts step 4 be consistent one of the keys to investing success is to be consistent and one way to ensure you contribute month after month is to set up automated contributions through your pay many employers will allow you to set up automated deductions from your pay that will be routed directly into your investment account and use to invest further in your index funds moreover by investing consistently you gain the benefit of dollar cost averaging inessence this means that your portfolio will have a carrying value of the average cost of all the equities you have purchased so when your stocks dipin value rather than getting discouraged you can see it as an opportunity to require more stock at a cheaper price step 5 play the long game one of the biggest reasons people shy away from investing is the mental anguish stock ownership can cause when your stocks aren't performing well well it's totally natural for stocks to spike and dip on a daily basis this doesn't make the owner ship of shares any easier from a mental standpoint.

Want quick profits:-
Unfortunately many new investors want to see quick profits and judge their investing decisions based on their portfolio performance after only a month or two of cost but stocks are experience stagnancy in its growth and then all of a sudden realize exponential growth when the rest of the market catches on to just how valuable of a company it truly is once you've put money into the market you must continue to remind yourself that you are not investing to get rich today or tomorrow but decades from now and that you have roughly a century of positive performance supporting this ultimate outcome step 6 remain in emotional control like it just said stock market fluctuations are all part of the investing game but the difference between a good and a great investor is how well they control their emotions in fact people's ability to control their emotions is a major contributor to the current wealth inequity in the United States you see during the Great Recession many middle-class investors sold off their holdings even if they were in lost positions in order to recuperate as much of their initial investment as they could however many of the more affluent investors left their money in the market and over time their holdings not only recovered but have led them to accumulating even greater levels of wealth however this would never have happened.
My own experience:-

If they had succumbed to their fear of losing money and by sticking to her their investment plan were handsomely rewarded step 7 be patient in the world of instant gratification we live in we are used to having everything at our fingertip sin fact waiting has become a foreign concept for the majority of people however for 99% of investors relying upon the stock market to grow their wealth will take decades which means that having patience is a must but let's face it maintaining investing motivation year after year can be tough which is why I suggest you celebrate your investing accomplishments in a way that makes sense for you for instance every time you make a contribution to your investment account make a check mark on your calendar to indicate that you have made a positive act towards building your wealth alternatively when you hit an investing milestone like saving up $50,000 in your retirement account go out to eat at a fancy restaurant to reward yourself for all of your hard work while being patient is key to long-term investing celebrating your success along the way will make the process a little bit easier thanks for watching if you want to go from the life you have to the life thanks.
